@MartinSLewis What do you think of the absolutely abhorrent service @TUIUK are offering to customers due to travel early this summer? Huge cancellation fee’s, hiked prices in 2021, no flexibility for those who can’t quarantine or who feel unsafe to travel. Can we do anything?

@GRFAB2012 @TUIUK A huge portion of TUI customers are in this position and feeling this way now, and in all honesty I don’t believe they care. They have shown time and time again that customer care is not their top priority. They are getting it so wrong. Their management needs a shake up!

I know this isn’t really the time. But, if reception, year 1 and year 6 are (maybe) going back to school first... why are the government valuing reception now, why not before? Why force #summerborn children to miss their whole reception year?
