@wizzair worst customer service ever! I have written so many emails regarding a claim and no one has responded and closed my case without a refund that I’m entitled too. When I call can help me, I’m just sent in circles! Please help!

@wizzair I’ve sent several emails with documents for a bereavement case but was told my case was closed due to “no response”, which isn’t true. I’ve also called and was told email is the only option. Please can someone urgently look into this. Thank you.
