You're a man. Neverrrrrrrrrr everrrrrrrrrr let excitement make you announce things prematurely. Stay low-key and move silently.
HERE'S WHY...
I made a decision to;
• Wake up at 5 am
• Exercise for 1 hour
• Take a cold shower
• Read daily 50+ pages
• Settle for 4 hrs of deep work
• Have a 20 mins walk
• Sleep 7-8 hours a day.
You must unplug from society's programming to be a great man.
The coolest people I know:
1 have great manners
2 remember people's names
3 do not respond to negativity
4 random acts of kindness
5 listen with interest
6 show up on time
7 are lifelong students
8 give without expecting a get
9 holding doors open
10 are graceful truth tellers
My retirement plan
1. Lifting 3x a week
2. Sprinting 1x per week
3. Zone 2 for 150 min a week
4. Mobility and plyometrics for 7 min before my workouts
The moment you stop lifting, running, stretching, jumping, and sprinting is the moment you become older.
