🛑 #GPSC ની કાર્યપ્રણાલી પર પ્રશ્નાર્થ ? ❓❓
અપાત્ર ઉમેદવારનું ઇન્ટ���વ્યુ લેવા પાછળનું રહસ્ય શું ?
GPSC આયોગે તથ્યો સાથે ખુલાસો કરવો અનિવાર્ય.

આ કોઈ પાયાવિહોણા આરોપ લગાવવા માટે નહીં, પરંતુ આયોગ સમક્ષ સત્તાવાર દસ્તાવેજો અને તથ્યોના આધારે ન્યાયસંગત પ્રશ્નો રજૂ કરવા અને તેના ��ત્તાવાર ખુલાસાની માંગ કરવા માટે લખવામાં આવ્યો છે.👇🏻

ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ (#GPSC) તાજેતરમાં જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક: 47/2023-24 (ગુજરાત વહીવટી સેવા વર્ગ-૧, ગુજરાત મુલ્કી સેવા વર્ગ-૧ અને વર્ગ-૨) અંતર્ગત સામે આવેલા એક કિસ્સાએ ઉમેદવારો અને સામાજિક વર્તુળોમાં તાર્કિક પ્રશ્નો ઉભા કર્યા છે.👇🏻

📝GPSC Advt 47 અંતર્ગત કુલ 1734 ઉમેદવારો તથા કોર્ટના આદેશથી શરતી રીતે લાયક ઠરેલા અન્ય 6 ઉમેદવારો સહિત કુલ 1740 જણાનું તબક્કાવાર ઇ���્ટરવ્યુ ગોઠવવામાં આવેલ છે.

(ક્રમ નં. 176) મુજબ, રોલ નંબર 109076962 ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારને “વિભાગની વિશ્લેષણ સમિતિ દ્વારા ઉમેદવારનું અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અયોગ્ય ઠેરવેલ છે. સમાન પ્રમાણપત્ર સદર જાહેરાતમાં રજૂ કરેલ હોઈ, અપાત્ર ગણેલ છે”
👆🏻તેવી સ્પષ્ટ નોંધ સાથે અપાત્ર જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

📝સુધારા યાદીમાં ગેરહાજરી: જો આયોગ દ્વારા પાછળથી કોઈ રજૂઆતના આધારે દસ્તાવેજો માન્ય રાખવામાં આવ્યા હોય, તો નિયમ મુજબ તેમનો રોલ નંબર 'અપાત્રતા-સુધારા યાદી' (ભૂતકાળમાં પણ ઘણી વખતોવખત દર્શાવેલ છે) થકી અપાત્રતામાંથી મુક્ત થવો જોઈતો હતો. પરંતુ આ રોલ નંબર આવી કોઈ સુધારા યાદીમાં જોવા મળતો નથી, જે દર્શાવે છે કે સત્તાવાર રેકોર્ડ પર તેઓ હજુ પણ અપાત્ર જ છે.

📝અપાત્ર હોવા છતાં ઇન્ટરવ્યુ: આશ્ચર્યની વાત એ છે કે, સત્તાવાર રેકોર્ડ પર અપાત્ર ગણાતા આ જ રોલ નંબર (109076962) ના ઉમેદવારનું 04 જૂન 2026 ના રોજ સવારના 09:00 કલાકે ઇન્ટરવ્યુ પણ લઈ લેવામાં આવ્યું છે!

❓ આયોગને મહત્વના પ્રશ્નો📢
આ વિસંગતતાને પગલે ઉમેદવારોના મનમાં ઉઠતા પ્રશ્નો અંગે GPSC એ નીચે મુજબની બાબતો પર સ્પષ્ટતા કરવી જોઈએ:

❓જો કોર્ટ મે��ર હોય તો સત્તાવાર ખુલાસો કેમ નહીં ?
સામાન્ય રીતે કોર્ટ કેસના આધારે શરતી પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર ઉમેદવારોના નામ કે રોલ નંબર સીલ કવર પ્રક્રિયાને કારણે ઇન્ટરવ્યુ પાત્રતા યાદીમાં જાહેર કરાતા નથી. જો આ કેસમાં કોર્ટનો કોઈ આદેશ હતો, તો આયોગે ભૂતકાળની જેમ સત્તાવાર નોંધ કેમ ન મૂકી ?

❓પેન્ડિંગ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અંગે સ્પષ્ટતાનો અભાવ:
જો ઉમેદવારના ડોક્યુમેન્ટની ચકાસણી પ્રક્રિયા હેઠળ હોય અને આયોગે તેમને શરતી ઇ���્ટરવ્યુ આપવાની મંજૂરી આપી હોય, તો પણ સ્પષ્ટતાપૂર્વક #નોટિફિકેશન કેમ બહાર પાડવામાં ન આવ્યું ? આવી પારદર્શિતા આ કેસમાં કેમ જાળવવામાં આવી નથી ?

❓પ્રક્રિયાગત ચૂક કે અન્ય કંઈ?
મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાના સ્તરે જ સત્તાવાર રીતે ગેરલાયક (#Disqualified) ઠરેલા ઉમેદવાર સીધા ઇન્ટરવ્યુ ટેબલ સુધી કેવી રીતે પહોંચી શકે? શું આ કોઈ વહીવટી કે ટેકનિકલ ભૂલ છે, કે પછી આની પાછળ કોઈ અન્ય કારણો છે ?

🧾GPSCની આવી ગંભીર વિસંગતતાઓ સામે આવે છે, ત્યારે પ્રમાણિકપણે મહેનત કરતા ઉમેદવારોના મનમાં સિસ્ટમ પ્રત્યે શંકા જન્મે તે સ્વાભાવિક છે.

🟤આ કોઈ આક્ષેપબાજી નથી, પરંતુ ઉપલબ્ધ સત્તાવાર દસ્તાવેજોના આધારે ઉઠાવવામાં આવેલો ન્યાયી અવાજ છે. જીપીએસસી સત્વરે આ મામલે યોગ્ય અને તાર્કિક ખુલાસો કરી ઉમેદવારોની શંકાઓનું સમાધાન કરે તે જ આયોગની ગરિમા અને પારદર્શિતાના હિતમાં છે.

In the 21st century there have been 6 ODI world cups.
