@AmazonHelp This is not regarding skipping login requirement. It's about account being on hold because of some charges being claimed as fraud. There was a miscommunication from the banks side so I need to pay those charges and unlock the hold placed.

@AskAmex have had a terrible experience with Amex Travel. Spent over 4 hours last week on several phone calls trying to get a refund on a trip that was canceled because of the shootings. They said they would contact the hotel and get it but I still don't see it a week later.
