Bought 1 Ton AC (CS-SU12AKY3W / CU-SU12AKY3W) and 2 Ton AC which is very quiet
1 Ton unit had cooling issue outdoor unit was replaced by service center
Now the replacement outdoor unit is making loud compressor noise
Service team says it’s normal.

@PanasonicIndia The noise is so loud that it is disturbing me it is making noise all the time until the AC is on the service center saying that it is normal to make sound, I have different brands AC they doesn't make any sound also 2 ton Panasonic also is very silent #panasonic
