Dear @VigneshTvkCbe ,

Please take immediate action regarding serious irregularities at TASMAC Shop No. 888, Adyar.

I purchased canned beer that was actually priced at ₹140 per piece, but I was charged ₹150, i.e. ₹10 above the MRP. The QR code appears to have been tampered with, and ₹900 was collected from me. When I objected and raised my voice, ₹60 was eventually returned. What is more concerning is that other customers appeared to be silently paying whatever amount was demanded.

The important point is that the money is apparently being collected through the TASMAC system and going directly into the TASMAC bank account. Therefore, the real question is: how is this excess money subsequently being siphoned back to the individuals involved? This needs to be investigated thoroughly.

If TASMAC is unable to control such systematic corruption, please register an FIR and consider handing over the financial trail to the @dir_ed for investigation, particularly to establish whether there is any organised diversion or laundering of the excess collections.

There is another serious issue at TASMAC Shop No. 612, Adyar. This outlet routinely stops accepting @UPI_NPCI and credit card payments on weekends and forces customers to make payments only in cash. This also needs to be investigated.

At the very least, the supervisors responsible for both outlets should be immediately identified and suspended pending inquiry. The CCTV footage, QR transactions, POS records, bank deposits and stock records should be examined to establish the full extent of the irregularities.

Please treat this as a serious complaint and take appropriate action.
