We will have to travel all the way to Delhi or Jaipur to fly to Pune which is not that feasible. Would be great if something can be done in this regard.

@JM_Scindia @Officejmscindia Hello sir! As offices are opening up, we need to travel to IT Hubs like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai frequently and there is no proper flight connectivity to Pune from Gwalior, Agra and other nearby regions.

@makemytrip told me a week ago that they are seeking some information from @AmericanAir
before they can issue my refund. Now, does it take 7 days for @AmericanAir to reply ? Or is @makemytrip trying to stall this issue and see that i eventually give up ?

This is the response I got from MMT "Kindly note Re routing is not permitted in your booking. Where else you can reschedule your flight and would request you to share new dates for that."
Why don't you make this date change process transparent?

@Uber_Support Customer service from Uber in India is non existent now. Even after submitting issues multiple times there is no reply or any resolution. Earlier I was happy to use Uber because I trusted that issues would be resolved without any problems and promptly, not anymore.
