My mother's HbA1c recently reduced from 9 to 6.4
Did very Simple things:
1. Stopped biscuits with tea - Monaco, Parle-G, all of it
2. Tea from 4 cups a day to 2
3. Chapatis from 3 per meal to 1.5, more curry instead
4. Added more protien to the diet (panner, dal, yogurt)
