Horrible experience with @flyspicejet today.

My 68-year-old father was flying BLR → CCU:
• Flight delayed 7 times (12:15 PM → 7:50 PM)
• Eventually cancelled (technical issue)
• Passengers stuck inside aircraft on runway
• No communication, AC switched off

He’s stranded with low phone battery and zero clarity.

This is not just delay. This is complete failure of basic passenger care.
