THREAD: My experience with @MTN180 FibreX and why prospective subscribers should think twice.
1/ My @MTNNG FibreX service stopped working, so I did what any customer would do: I reported the issue and reached out to MTN on X
8/ I'm sharing my experience publicly because private complaints have not resulted in a solution.
9/ MTN, I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. A response and a technician visit would be a good start.
Dear @MTNNG,
Imagine paying for a newly installed FibreX connection only for it to stop working after one week. I've been without internet for over 24 hours. The LOS light was blinking red before going off, and now the PON light is blinking green.
The installer requested details of the fault, I provided everything immediately, and since then he has completely ignored my messages and calls.
This level of after-sales support is unacceptable. Kindly intervene and resolve this issue urgently.
@el_bonga Honestly, I don’t see anything wrong with what Gov sule said. He has always shown respect to Al makura , and that hasn’t changed. What he’s simply pointing out is that his zone has held the governorship for about 12 years, so it’s only fair for another zone to have a chance
Dear @ShehuSani, what did you deliver in office, what went wrong when voters rejected you, and why should they trust you again? Also, what isn’t the current senator doing that you will do better?
@Abdool85 Kaduna just lost more than an event by missing out on #KADInvest. That’s missed investments, missed jobs, missed confidence from global partners. Opportunities don’t wait, states compete, and today, Kaduna sat one out
@BOGbadams 200 million Nigerians acting powerless while a few people run the country like it’s their family business.
No light. No security. No roads. Nothing works.
Now you want to confuse people about their PVCs? Try it.
This country belongs to ALL of us. Enough is enough.
@iAmhoustency@Alex_Barbir Appreciate it. But let’s be honest quoting Surah 9:29 without context just exposes a lack of understanding of the Qur’an. It’s a historically specific verse, not a random command. Context matters.
@Alex_Barbir You’re reading that verse without its historical context. It was revealed during wartime, not as a general command against all non-Muslims. The ‘tax’ mentioned was a system of governance at the time, not oppression or forced belief.
