@goairlinesindia I and my family have been trying to get in touch for refunds of our bookings in April. Have got no response to emails or messages. It has been impossible to reach anyone at the call centre either. Is this a new strategy to make money without flying? @DGCAIndia

@goairlinesindia Our April bookings have been automatically shifted to Sept and Dec. This means our bookings aren't auto-protected as we are now asked to pay rebooking charges for bookings we didn't modify in the first place. Would request you to guide me with the process of getting a full refund
