@bookingcom showed us a property which looked all gloomy but eventually upon reaching the property it had pigeon shit, foul odour, fungus stained walls, spit stains and broken roof. We were denied prepayment refund upon our decision of not staying at the property.
@GoibiboSupport Yea you guys can continue playing the blame game meanwhile. I don't care my priority is m uncle reaching Mumbai. I don't care about the refund. If need be and I need to take things to consumer court I might even need to do so!
No accountability or action from @flyspicejet against aggregators like @goibibo@GoibiboSupport who have not intimated customers or intiated their refund. My uncle is left stranded at the airport with no alternatives. Meanwhile the care goibibo is providing.
@GoibiboSupport Called me about thrice in a span of few minutes when I was busy. Refund isn't the solution. Why was there no intimation. Airlines said the refund was already credited back to travel agent on 29th itself. And what happens to the stranded passenger in this case my uncle.

@flyspicejet@goibibo fucking up my booking only to leave a senior citizen stranded at the airport telling them their booking has been cancelled. The onground spicejet staff said you should book from our site, why allow these aggregators to book tickets and generate pnr then.
The standard response from railways would be "due to shunting of trains or due to track work", 11302 Udyaan express only able to crawl and halts more than it runs. Note the train has no pantry either.

Marking the ticket resolved didn't really resolve my issue, the connecting journey train had already left. Shouldn't the release order be in sync with arrival times. Trains later than my train were allowed passage for the on time stats. @IRCTCofficial@AshwiniVaishnaw
@RailwaySeva@drm_lko I don't get how this resolves my problem. Other trains with arrival timings later than this train were allowed to run through but this halted for hours just a km outside of LKO. Maybe for the stats of timely arrivals.
IRCTC first cancelled my LJN-PPTA train supposed to depart at 5 AM. I had to book alternate part journey till BSB then to PATNA and now the BSB train supposed to arrive at 11:35 at LKO hasn't arrived at LKO yet. @IRCTCofficial@Ashwini
The state of CGHS wellness clinics is so that senior citizens are made to wait in never ending queues with not enough seating capacity. Even once inside, the seating is near the toilet and stinks! This is about the Navi Mumbai Belapur office.
