Apparently an XPS13 from @Dell pre-installed with @ubuntu will not have an OS installed on the replacement MB for warranty HW failures. They ship a MB without the OS installed, and you are expected to follow documentation to do it yourself. Next time I'll just by @Apple.

At @Lowes this am during a lightning storm. Store closed the outdoor garden area for safety when I heard a man complain he drove 20 min and that there were no signs it was closed. I laughed, and asked the employee if the customer expected signs in his front lawn to inform him.
