@TUIUK It’s too late, I had to sort a return flight myself as your rep refused to help saying there was nothing they could do. They still insisting her mother has to leave the hotel tomorrow despite still being positive. Saying the only place she can go is hospital!

@TUIUK BTW , The Tui rep advice was to move out of their hotel into a mobile home on a camp site not far away , but do t tell anyone that her mum has covid as it’s against the law to move them or put them in there !!! You might want to do a lesson learned on this !

@TUIUK No disrespect m, but the rep has been completely useless. I have had to find and pay for a flight home tomorrow so now she has to navigate the airport, checking, security and find the gate on her own never having done this before. Appalling customer service
