At the 11th Turkish Medical World Congress in Ankara 🇹🇷, I spoke with Sıla Gürbüz – active member of #Youth4Health initiative - about one of our biggest challenges: health workforce shortage.

When I asked why fewer young people are choosing the doctor profession, her answer was striking: violence against #health workers is now one of the reasons young people hesitate to enter the field.

I’m committed to ensuring youth voices are heard - loud & clear - every step of the way.
