[Norm Kelly @norm]

Although this is a merry time for many, it's also a stressful time of year for a lot of people. Be kind. Smile. Help. You don't know what someone else is going through.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Part of me feels at peace and super happy, the other half feels overwhelmed and anxious and fighting to stay afloat... is it the meds?...

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

I really just feel like I’m fighting with my thoughts. Trying so hard to keep the lingering negative thoughts away

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Why does pulling hair feel so good to me in the moment?

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

@SueGary7 No i don’t pull from my head. I pull eyelashes and brows

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

I pulled out 63 hairs in one sitting...

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

@SueGary7 It’s so bad

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Final exams always wreck havoc on my eyebrows and lashes

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Trying to be more positive and proactive.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

I feel like a slave to trichotillomania. What is wrong with me.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Mental illness is so exhausting.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Ik i need to get over you before I can get better and free my mind. But how do I get over you?

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

What the fuck is wrong with me. Why do i still dream of you. Why do i still love you. None of it makes sense, you’re not even a nice person.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

There’s hardly ever a time I don’t feel like I’m in everyone’s way and that my existence is an inconvenience to every single person I know.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Why does pain feel good

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

I’m in control. I’m in control.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

I made this secret account 3 years ago, so much has happened but I’m still a trichster, but definitely better than I was when I made this...

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Real bad pull-spree tonight... ugh

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

What is even the point of saying what i want if we’re always gunna do what you want to do.

[Sunflolight @silentsunflo]

Pulled a little hair, have hardly slept all week, and crying myself to sleep tonight. Sure to have puffy eyes tomorrow. Already stinging :/
