@YesWeCrann Agree, but as it’s not a rule could it be seen as a way to acknowledge their outdated rules and regs in prep for the the IFR coming in? Punishing the club and new owners for not rewarding the failure of previous owners seems such a ridiculous position to leave any club
@owlsmadmorris@TWFootball1867 It’s going to be a hell of a rebuild with the departures. And let’s not kid ourselves that Valery, Charles and Max Lowe will almost certainly be off by the start of next season too
@TWFootball1867 As with Bannan, it’s not about the money but will EFL allow us to replace them as squad is already far too stretched. I’d not blame either for wanting to go
@WTIDPOD Begbies and the EFL will have that info, fans knowing has zero impact on the likelihood of success. More transparency once the deal is finalised would be nice but the most important factor is the plan and the people placed to run the club
Absolutely brilliant first half, PNE in the second just pressed higher and went longer. We should have had 5 but for poor finishing and another terrible ref looking like he’s won a competition rather than being qualified
@AlanBiggs1 It would have been ruled out in grassroots and I’ve seen it happen this season. The principles of the game should be the same but there’s so much change, ambiguity and reliance on VAR in the top matches that I’m not sure anyone really understands it anymore
