Just tried to tell your customer services you’ve failed PCI , taking money out of my acct but not giving me an order number/ack , in fact an email to say please complete the order. Down 47.99 and no phone. Customer services just didn’t care. Reporting appropriately!
@TrustAppUK do you have a phone number ? Sent 3 emails & no response. Your tech has failed again. How do you get these contacts with such poor tech and customer services

Having to cancel my policy of many years today as you can not find my new car on your system , bog standard car & alona the sales assistant , particularly liked the big sniff at the end of the call

@OVOEnergy No it’s fine , we moving provider for her & letting social media judge the video … you’ve already had a chance to sort & wasn’t bothered. I also asked about raising a complaint , that was also ignored …… appalling service
@OVOEnergy just witnessed my mum in care home trying to sort a mess you created & treated appallingly. She did warn it was being recorded. Fundile & Shauna-Leigh , videos going up !!! This appalling manipulation of our elderly has to stop
