Experienced directors/psychotherapists: What types of interventions/protocol/techniques do you use to optimize onboarding of entry-level therapists? How do you measure competence?
When introducing myself to other professionals, I will always identify as a social worker, even while in a therapist role. I feel such a strong connection to the profession because it shaped me long before I became a therapist (or knew that I could). #SocialWork
