Letters & petitions will be handed over to world institutions & govt offices on the need to restore Biafra through a referendum to avoid a repetition of 1967-1970 Biafra #genocide and the need to release #MNK from the #DSS illegal detention after the Nigerian appeal court has discharged and acquitted him from all charges brought against him , also the need to free all Biafra prisoners of conscience held by the Nigeria govt.
#Biafra rememberance day protest will be a counter force to Nigeria new presidential inauguration . Also the protest is against this fraudulent and selected new govt supported & manipulated by the #US & #UK government just for their selfish interest in Nigeria. Commemoration Candle Night Venue In Enugu

Men of the Nigerian Military forces invaded the meeting venue of Innocent Biafrans who gathered at Emene in Enugu, Biafraland, to pray and bless the memories of the men and women who have lost their lives to the course of Biafra, since 1967 till date.

According to live report from Family Writers Press International's correspondence in Enugu, the ugly incident took place at about 11:00pm of 29th May 2023, when Biafrans had all gathered, dressed in their white apparels at a very spacious capacity in Emene, Enugu.

"We were all ready and about to start our prayers when we suddenly heard our state cordinator shout 'begin to find your ways to safety, our enemies are here'. Then we ran helter-skelter as we saw seven military vans and a sienna vigilante bus. Everywhere was dark and most people could not find their way off the premises. The force men where shooting sporadically and people who were running for their lives sustained several degrees of injury. At the moment, we have confirmed that two persons sustained bullet injuries and unknown number of persons were abducted, especially women(including pregnant women)", he said.

"One of the hilux vans particularly ran after me and a brother. We ran and fell severally and they were shooting and shouting at us to stop, we ran into a place but were push out, then we ran off again through a narrow way that the hilux could not take. At the process, I sustained a serious dislocation, but finally managed to run into the home of a Biafran who understood my plight and hid me in his house, took care of me till this morning when a help was sent for me by a cordinator"

"Unfortunately, while we all ran and left almost all we came with, the force men moved into the house of the meeting, gathered all our properties and burnt them, including tricycles of our members there were parked outside. I could only capture this one scene this morning, for Security reasons". he concluded.

It is therefore necessary that we get this information public and inform every man/woman of conscience that the only crime of these Biafrans in Enugu is that they gathered to remember and pray for the spirit of their dead ones.
