Never thought I’d say this but Apple have been very disappointing today. I’m onto my fourth attempt to buy a new high spec laptop. Website said to call the Apple sales phone number > Phone staff said to go instore > Instore staff said to use the website. Going round in circles

@WOFSET @Tandem_Bank Called them. You have to select the ‘Forgotten your passcode?’ button and set a new one. Stupid of them not to warn users of this. For some reason I had to go through the process twice for it to work, quitting the app fully between attempts. Working now.

@Tandem_Bank Is there a problem with your iOS app? I can’t log in at all since the most recent update to v3.4.3. I get a ‘Failed to authenticate’ error and it thinks my passcode is wrong too (it isn’t!)
