@CadentGasLtd I have phoned twice , the person said they can’t help with prioritising so could be upto 3 hours , they can’t tell me anything else .it’s now coming up for 2 hours waiting.

@cadentgashelp my 91 year old mother in law is bed ridden and has a suspected gas leak , we phoned but apparently it will be upto 3 hours !! So for an elderly lady that we can’t get out of her bungalow that’s surely not acceptable, right !
