@TomasGrizas @TimurNegru Lake Como has c.60 little towns. It really depends by which town and by the lake side (east/west changes a lot). Very roughly prices go from 2k/sqm to 6/7k/sqm + if you have a lake view make it +50%, direct lake access even more

@TimurNegru Sure, 40sqm, makes approx 30/35k per year, net depends on where you pay taxes + prop mgmt fees. Cool thing about some local towns is that if you own a car garage you gain the right to request a berth (which is quite valuable)
