I had 1 goal in life: to leave a permanent record of me existence on Earth. This was achieved via me 7th-grade interview w/ Holocaust survivors Jack & Bella Bajnon, who were prisoners at Auschwitz.

The interview is in the @HolocaustMuseum's collection: https://t.co/bEfI84w06M

BREAKING: Norway's 🇳🇴 wealth fund is losing billions after divesting from Israel.

The fund dumped Israeli companies over the past year for political reasons.

In that same year, Tel Aviv's main index rose 40%, more than double the S&P 500.

Now the fund reports a $30 billion loss in one quarter.

They let politics run their portfolio, and Norwegian pensioners are paying for it.

🐾 🍼 Meet 9 month old puppy Zed

ID #A2098320
Age: 9 months
Sex: Male
Breed: Staffordshire Mix
Color: Gray/White
Weight: 36 lbs
Intake Date: 9/28/2026

💔 Zed arrived at BARC with his 9-month-old siblings, Zara (#A2098319) and Zac (#A2098321), along with another dog, Dina (#A2098317), who may have been their mother.

❤️ Zara and Zac were SAVED!
💔 Dina was KILLED.
Now Zed is the only one left waiting for his chance.

⸻

🩺 MEDICAL NOTES

Zed arrived with thinning hair, hair loss along his lower body, and a flea infestation. Veterinarians suspected dermatitis, possibly caused by a flea allergy. He received Advantage Multi, deworming, and vaccinations.

✅ Heartworm negative
✅ No URI symptoms noted on 10/15

⸻

🐾Behavior notes:

Zed was initially timid, sometimes freezing or crawling low during walks. But with gentle encouragement, treats, and baby talk, his confidence began to blossom!

He Greets staff with a wiggly body, soft eyes, and a wagging tail.

Has walked nicely on a loose leash, although he sometimes pulls.

Takes treats gently and responds to encouragement.

Was spotted happily playing with a plush toy on his cot!

Enjoyed walking and playing with his sibling in the outdoor run.

Zed has shown everyone that underneath his initial uncertainty is a friendly, playful puppy who just wants kindness, security, and love.

🙏 PLEASE SAVE ZED!

His siblings Zara and Zac made it out alive. Dina wasn’t so lucky. Now this sweet 9-month-old puppy is still waiting, not knowing whether anyone will come for him.

Zed should be chasing toys, learning about the world, and falling asleep beside someone who loves him.

PLEASE DON’T LET ZED’S STORY END LIKE DINA’S! He deserves to grow up, experience love, and have the future his siblings were given.

[Moishe's Mom @MoishesMom]

Rupaw was recently adopted, now she’s a return and will likely decline and be listed ☹️ She’s 1️⃣ year old🤞🏻

@OsseChi I will support this bill, Councilman Ossified, if you accompany your friend to Brooklyn Industries for a less-frumpy outfit while singing "Non Più Andrai" from Figaro at the top of your lungs.

Happily, you don't need me support. You prefer the gutter to the curb.

Altruism is anathema to the DSA set, whose members are as cynical as they are malicious.

Peter's credulity is the poifect vehicle for such sophistry.

[Peter Beinart @PeterBeinart]

This response is so telling. They literally can't imagine that Brad + the Jews who went with him feel a genuine moral + even religious obligation to try to protect Palestinians from harm. It's like looking at the Jews who went to Mississippi for Freedom Summer and asking: What's their real angle?

He will not get any further extensions per SASA.
