Which words come to mind when you think about Brexit?
This week, as politicians threaten to restart the Brexit wars, join @ColinBrazierTV as he takes us through his personal Brexit story.
Colin Brazier: In Defence of Brexit.
Only on Outpost.
My aim in court was to reclaim power for the elected MPs, and therefore the people, from the unelected bureaucrats - I failed. We now have the scandalous situation in which unqualified and unelected civil servants can wield parliamentary privilege to literally place themselves above the law.
They now hold a special legal status which means they cannot be challenged in court - positioned even higher than MPs for whom the system was actually designed.
Parliamentary privilege, an ancient right, exists so that MPs can speak without fear in the chamber, it does not exist to give faceless bureaucrats legal immunity.
I wanted to challenge the system in an open and fair court, with ruthless transparency so that the British people could finally see the truth.
Our judiciary has not allowed that to happen, enabling unelected civil servants to weaponise parliamentary privilege, designed for MPs, to entirely avoid scrutiny and fair legal challenge.
Jacob Rees-Mogg, former Leader of the House of Commons, previously commented on the case.
āThus if Lowe wins, he will not have harmed Parliament, but defended it. For through cowardice we ā and I was an MP at the time ā abdicated our privileged responsibility and gave it to unelected boffins, who are not so much better than elected politicians after all, but much harder to eject.ā
A fair summary, yet here we are.
I have come to the brutal conclusion that the only way to restore Britain is to win the next general election.
That is our last available route out.
Restore Britain is the only chance our country has.
As an MP, I will not comply with Digital ID.

Peter Misses the Plot: a Swift Debunking š
Itās come to my attention that @PeterAttiaMD has come out with an attempted debunk to The Cholesterol Code documentary and, more broadly, the research on lean mass hyper-responders.
I wonāt mince words: Itās embarrassing. Itās simultaneously arrogant, deeply misinformed, and, as I read it, a transparent avoidance of the facts at hand. Itās posturing, not insight. And Iām prepared to back that up.
First, Peter attempts to discredit the documentary, the research on lean mass hyper-responders, and the Lipid Energy Model, on superficial grounds: credentials and authority.
He almost exclusively referring to the work as a product of the Citizen Science Foundation (CSF), i.e., @realDaveFeldman: the 'uncredentialed' outsider.
He conspicuously avoids discussing the broader teams involved, many of whom carry credentials that would easily meet the standards typically valued in more traditional, credential-focused settings (and exceed his own). Even setting aside myself, an MD-PhD, there is: Dr. Adrian Soto-Mota, MD-PhD, ith the Lundquist team, there are others who have co-authored work in this space, including Anatol Kontush, Ronald Krauss, William Cromwell, and, notably, Peterās own former head of research, Bob Kaplan. Go figure.
Might have been a fact fact for Peter to include: "My former head of research was a coauthor on the Lipid Energy Model paper I'm inadequately trying to debunk."
And thatās the short list.
Iāll also point out that when I was writing an editorial on lean mass hyper-responders, I reached out to Peter, and he declined to contribute, citing that it was not his area of expertise.
He instead referred me to Ronald Krauss at āthe expert,ā who has now collaborated with us on a couple of projects.
So even at a superficial level, what weāre seeing here is avoidance, posturing, and frank hypocrisy.
Peter further attempts to cast doubt on lean mass hyper-responders by questioning the existence of the phenotype, which is, frankly, comical. It exists. It is defined by three clear cut points, and people meeting those criteria unquestionably exist. It is also a dynamic and reproducible phenomenon, as demonstrated by multiple experiments, case series, and even meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials that we have published. Peter forgot to talk about those data. No surprise there.
Peter also demonstrates a misunderstanding of the Lipid Energy Model, for example by incorrectly suggesting a contradiction between the model and the low triglycerides observed in lean mass hyper-responders. And, more broadly, he reveals a lack of familiarity with the practical realities and constraints of clinical study design. If we are going to lean on authority, then it is fair to ask about experience. To my knowledge, Peter has not conducted clinical trials, and frankly, that gap shows here.
At a deeper level, I donāt think Peter understands this physiology or this domain. And behavior like this, particularly when presented under the banner of scientific critique, is exactly the kind of thing that fuels ābroader distrust in institutions and experts.ā
This is a textbook case of the pot calling the kettle black.
I could go on, but I think the core point is clear. If further discourse is needed, Peter and his colleagues, including Tom Dayspring, have had ample opportunity to engage, collaborate, and discuss these ideas directly.
If they choose not to, that speaks for itself.
In the meantime, weāre not going anywhere. And no amount of pedantic posturing is going to change the trajectory of the data.
Oh, and two more thingsā¦
i. For those tempted to fall back on the overly simplistic take that ātheyāre saying high LDL is goodā and āfear mongering about pharma,ā or similar caricatures, youāve entirely missed the plot.
And, I have something coming this week.
Again, if you interpret it as a pivot, youāve missed the point entirely, as Peter has.
ii. Finally, Peterās central criticism seems to be that the documentary and our research suggest that even very high LDL cholesterol may not always indicate cardiovascular risk.
Well, yes.
The alternative is to argue that in all circumstances, at all times, very high LDL necessarily drives cardiovascular disease.
This isnāt about discrediting, with a blanket statement, any role of ApoB or LDL in cardiovascular disease. This is about asking important questions at the frontier of science, because the status quo has been wholly inadequate in addressing the problem at hand.
That's obvious.
At least to some extent, we have been barking up the wrong tree.
Anyone with a modicum of perspective can see that.
And anyone with genuine curiosity would be willing to engage with the nuance, rather than lecture, avoid, and misrepresent, as Peter is doing here.
Lastly: See the Cholesterol Code Documentary. It's on Amazon. And judge for yourself.
Probably the best analysis of the Welsh Rugby Unionās leadership that I have seen. Anyone that cares about Welsh rugby should watch it . Chapeau to Squidge Rugby !

Farmers and local farm shops are using social media to sell their food. Supermarkets pay them pittance for their food and a vindictive government punishes them. So they are taking the matter into their own hands and trying to sell direct via social media. Support our farmers.
1/ I kicked a hornets' nest. All I had to do was suggest we need to learn more about the relative contribution of LDL and ApoB to heart disease, and some parts of Twitter lost their minds. Let me bring this back into focus, although this might just kick the nest more. š§µ
I wonder how much of medicine is driven by drugs. For example, why did they decide that LDL cholesterol is the main marker for heart disease, rather than triglycerides or insulin? After all, triglycerides and insulin are better markers of heart disease risk.
The reason? Probably because LDL cholesterol is "targetable"--there's a drug (statins) that will lower it. So it matters less that LDL is a good marker, and more that it's a number we can change with a drug. And of course, make money in the process. If there were a drug that lowered triglycerides really well, I suspect mainstream medicine would focus more on triglycerides.
(Incidentally, the best way to lower triglycerides and insulin is to control consumption of refined carbohydrates.)
It is only Tuesday, and this Government has already announced an official definition of Islamophobia, an Islamophobia tsar, and plans to push ahead today with restricting our ancient right to trial by jury ā all of which will stifle free speech in this country.
This is not governing in the national interest. What we are seeing is an attempt to reintroduce Britainās blasphemy laws, 18 years after they were abolished by Parliament, and the biggest assault on English liberty ā particularly free speech ā in over 800 years.
This Government is becoming increasingly authoritarian and more bullish in its open disdain for free speech.
The fight for free speech has never been more important than it is today.
Just amazing how corrupt the academic system is, even in so-called independent testing facilities such as Cleerly, who fraudulently unblinded the lean mass hyperresponders study data and then altered it, making it appear as if there was an increase in cardiovascular plaque when in fact there was an overall reduction in the entire cohort. Just amazing as they were being paid to do an objective job, but for some reason they decided to corrupt the data for their own purposes. These people should be sued into oblivion, and hopefully will be.
So again to everybody who thinks that ketogenic and ketogenic carnivore diets with so-called elevated LDL and total cholesterol but high HDL, low triglycerides, and massive improvement in every other biomarker and physical marker are somehow at risk for developing cardiovascular disease, the evidence is in: ketogenic diets, like a carnivore diet, reduce arterial plaque, even with elevated LDL and ApoB. And in fact, both data sets, even the corrupted one, show that there is NO association whatsoever between plaque progression and LDL or ApoB. None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Sorry cholesterol bros, you're wrong again!

Restore Britainās policy on lockdown is clear. It was the darkest time in recent British history, a time where our freedoms were trampled over all in the name of bent āscienceā.
For some COVID, was a dangerous disease. And the full power of the state should have been deployed to protect those people. The elderly, the vulnerable.
Instead of spending hundreds of billions of closing our economy down, sentencing thousands of young healthy people to death and ruining tens of millions of lives - we should have protected those two groups, the elderly and the vulnerable, with everything that we had.
If we could shut the country down, we could have had protected those in genuine danger. Obviously.
Millions of youngsters had years ripped away from them. Lives destroyed. For what? To avoid getting a nasty cough?
Sweden was right. Tegnell was right. We should have followed their lead.
A Restore Britain Government would take steps to reverse the damage, as much as possible.
All criminal convictions for non-violent breaches of lockdown rules would be overturned and quashed. Nobody will have a criminal record for breaking laws that should have never existed in the first place. Every related fine will be refunded.
Restore Britain MPs will issue a formal statement and apology from Parliament, recognising the damage lockdowns caused to the families, businesses and our society.
The British state got it wrong. We will admit that.
Targeted amendments to existing laws will be passed, making it illegal to suspend basic freedoms without ultra-intensive parliamentary oversight and strict time limits.
Tax breaks to the most affected industries will be implemented - people forget that the damage continues today. Particularly for hospitality. We will help.
We will remove all remaining COVID relics from this country. Every social distancing sign will be torn down, every two metre sticker will be scrubbed away. I detest seeing it all.
An independent commission filled with overseas experts will be established to review all SAGE communications, predictions and data used to justify lockdown. We will ask Anders Tegnell to head that commission. We will release all modelling and all communications, unredacted, and aim to prosecute anyone who deliberately distorted the statistics to push a damaging pro-lockdown agenda.
Restore Britain will launch a full, independent inquiry into the COVID vaccine - how it was approved, and how it was forced on the entire healthy population. How did ministers like Reformās Zahawi even dare to suggest that children can overrule their parents in order to take the vaccine? It is sick.
The current vaccine compensation scheme will be scrapped, and we will open a new system which speeds up claims, increases the amount paid and has no inbuilt bias. To those people who lost their lives because of the COVID vaccine, and there have been many, the state will properly compensate those families. Properly compensate.
And, for what is worth which is very little, the state will apologise.
Vaccine passports. Sick. Sick. Sick. The most evil policy inflicted on the British people - all supported by Conservative, Reform and Labour politicians.
I didnāt take the COVID vaccine, I felt I didnāt need it. That was my choice. I was prepared to have my life disrupted. Millions of others though felt blackmailed into receiving that jab to go on holiday or whatever else. Anyone involved in the implementation of that scheme should be ashamed of themselves - including many of the politicians in Reform's top team.
State workers who lost their jobs because of vaccine mandates will be properly compensated. What happened to them was wrong, and Restore Britain will fix it.
We will be honest with the British people about what happened in 2020 and 2021.
Lockdown was the biggest scandal of modern times.
Restore Britain will have the courage to finally admit that, and take steps to rectify the vast damage caused.

A team effort.
Have you read the Act Peter? I have, as I put in many amendments in Lords to protect free sp: 80% law not about protecting children. Also you've set up special elite police unit to check social media activity about migrant hotels. What on earth does that have to do with children?
āWe plastered farmland with solar panels but spent Ā£50m on sun dimming experiments. We stopped new oil and gas licenses in the North Sea but gave Ā£40m to import North Sea oil and gas from Norway. We said thereās a Ā£22bn black hole but spent Ā£22bn on carbon capture machines. Lol.ā
Folks, over the past five years, Iāve had a real awakening.
Iām not claiming to know everything, but after interviewing over 300 guests and recording more than 340 episodes, Iāve had the mother load of downloads. And I genuinely believe I now have one of the clearest views of whatās going on in the world today.
Hereās what I see.
The endgame of the ruling oligarchy, the banking mafia cabal, is a one world government.
This has been decades in the making, but now theyāre in the final stretch, because the technology is finally in place to make their vision a reality.
To get there, theyāre waging fifth generation warfare, psychological, informational, spiritual, on us, and within us.
But they have a problem, 8 billion people.
Thatās too many to control. Too many who might resist.
So one key part of their plan, whether people want to face it or not, is depopulation.
Not because of scarcity, but because they donāt need us anymore.
The age of consumption is over.
Now begins the age of consolidation.
They want to hoard the wealth, the land, the power, and corral the rest of us into manageable ghettos, pacified by screens, drugs, processed food, and distraction.
Modern day bread and circuses.
They want us dumbed down, sick, spiritually empty, short lived, and obedient.
Why?
Because these people are anti human.
Theyāre using the climate agenda to convince us weāre a blight on the planet.
So we censor ourselves, stop travelling, stop reproducing, stop living, and build the very prison weāll walk into willingly.
All in the name of āsaving the planet.ā
The endgame?
One world government.
One set of laws (for us). The law will not apply to them
One police force, one army.
Total control.
And above it all, the ruling elite, untouchable, unaccountable, and free.
Now, I know this might sound absurd.
Most people are fundamentally good and canāt fathom such evil.
Itās easier to write me off as mad than to face the truth.
I understand.
But that cognitive dissonance will cost you your freedom, and your childrenās futures.
If you can just question, think critically, step outside the narrative, and investigate, youāll see Iām not a lunatic.
Youāll see Iām right.
And that this is real.
We must resist. Now.
We must inform and awaken as many people as we can.
If even a fraction of the 8 billion wake up, this agenda crumbles.
It really is that simple.
The future must be decentralised.
No rulers, only rules.
Sovereign nations.
Strong, resilient communities.
Natural law.
Freedom to live, to create, to thrive, and to protect the sacred spark of what it means to be human.
Thank you.
