@iannuttall How did you get SES approved? Keep getting denied and there doesn’t seem to be any recourse or info that I can provide which even factors into the decision.
My Dad does this, but in the logistics space.
Only accepts clients that have a very good loss ratio (they make money for their current insurer, and are responsible operators).
His clients then become share holders in the cell captive that underwrites their policies.
So they get 50% of the profit they make for the insurance company, basically.
Their interests are then aligned. The less claims they make, the more profit they generate for the insurance co, cheaper their insurance gets.
I've got a super scrappy version of this that I use every day. More based around my own defined strategy and goals than books. Designed to give me the most important things to work on every day.
You need a combo of 4 things
- Database for storing conversations + contextual info.
- Tool to search that info efficiently. Make sure you are bringing the right info into the conversation at the right time. In my case - sometimes unprompted. vector search.
- Interface for having the conversation.
- Coordinator to run the whole thing.
I use:
MongoDB - database
Langchain - coordinator
ChromaDB - efficient search
OpenAI & Bubble - chat and context interface
To keep things on track i have a kind of "rolling summary" that I review and approve each week. This is like the summary of progress so far, and an accurate description of the current situation. That + context + all other chat history forms the responses in the chat.

@mhp_guy Is it also against the rules for biz brokers?
So many business listings are poorly packaged and advertised. That doesn’t even include the typos, clearly wrong ebitda sde figures etc.
Start with some normal mountain biking and then go on to enduro if you want something more downhill focused.
If you jump straight into downhill you will likely hate it and crash and then stop. Some courses are really gnarly.
Normal single track with some jumps and berms are plenty fun!
