@Ryanair here’s an idea- reserve the first two rows of overhead luggage storage for people who sit there and have to put their luggage up. Don’t let inconsiderate passengers
put their luggage up and then walk to the middle of the plane!

@CrossCountryUK what a disappointment travelling from Leeds to Edinburgh today! 1. Late service 2. An hour before anything served in first class 3. No menus and server did not offer food choices. You guys should take a look @LNER and see how it’s done!
