@OfficialBigHalf @leaningduncan Absolutely agree with @leaningduncan. Pickup from Lorry 1 was truly shocking—actually dangerous. Bags hadn’t been sorted into order, no queuing system and each wave was concentrated in one or two lorries, not spread across all lorries as per the marathon. 👎
