@PostOffice the service at Bridgend Post Office in South Wales is absolutely shocking. One member of staff serving and a queue to the door. Please sort this out as it is totally unacceptable. This branch has been threatened with closure for some time and you can see why!

@EE Hi @EE thanks for replying. That’s just it, it hasn’t worked as expected. Fortunately the hotel has WiFi but if it hadnt I wouldn’t have been able to make calls or use the internet. It’s surprising that in 2025 you haven’t got an area that’s close to Bristol City Centre covered.
