So @greateranglia loads of us couldn’t get on the 6:45pm rail replacement service from Ipswich to Norwich and now we are waiting in the cold. How long is it going to take for another bus to arrive? This is poor.

Hello @AsdaServiceTeam @asda we had online order booked for today but it didn’t turn up - called helpline which said regrettably no driver available from that branch and order would be cancelled - very annoyed as without me having to chase we would’ve had no notification of this
