@lindebomb @cocoBigEwife @ahbaaavic Rent stabilized means it is illegal for your rent to go beyond a certain amount. There can be increases but the landlord can’t raise arbitrarily. Increases are controlled by the local government. The issue is it’s ILLEGAL, what is confusing.
