St.Joseph Attapur college isnt allowing students to attend internal exams just cz they were not able to clear the fee due to financial constraints. How is it fair for students to suffer? Every family has different financial burdens. How do we voice out these issues?

I would like to know much longer for refund and also why is there is service charge and convenience fee deducted if the flight cancellation was involuntarily? Its the airline who decided to cancel due to war so why deduct?
