In every crisis, India’s govt (State Governments and/ Central Government), Bureaucrats & so-called “lords” of the courts unite only to dump the blame on ordinary people. The holy trinity never faces consequences!

These three spaces have become nests of corruption.

The 2016 WBCSSC recruitment scam proved institutional corruption. So accountability & punishment must start with those who ran the system. If there’s a fresh exam, it should be for the failed govt, the corrupt institution & its employees—NOT for the innocent candidates.

But Kolkata HC (Devanshu Basak’s bench) & later SC (ex-CJI Sanjiv Khanna’s bench, upheld again by Sanjay Kumar’s bench) twisted justice: ordering the victim candidates to re-sit the 2016 exam in 2025! Even after CBI has declared 15403 of us innocent. Why this bias? Why must we pay for others’ crimes?

Before testing us again, test these judges themselves—do they bleed human blood or something else? Do they have the capacity to pass their own exam of law & justice?

Exams won’t wash away corruption. Punish the corrupt, not the innocent. Instead, the court shields the govt & bureaucrats — protecting power, not justice!

CBI is India’s top investigating body, SC is the top court. If even they start contradicting each other, where does that leave justice? 🤔 An accused rejecting a CBI report is one thing—but the Supreme Court doing it?!

I firmly believe the judges have made many mistakes — no matter how scholarly they pretend to be, none of them are the Creator.
They must set aside their ego immediately and accept the CBI report to segregate accordingly.
If not, then scrap the CBI itself — and let these so-called judges sit for the law exams again. We want to see how many of them can actually pass from all the courts of India!

Our lives are not meant to be a circus for their arrogance. Shameless judges — sitting on chairs with their brains mortgaged somewhere else!

Are Supreme Court judges (selective) acting as brokers for politicians?

In the WBCSSC 2016 recruitment scam: why didn’t the Court first order the list of corrupt candidates to be published? Why not demand the report showing how the corruption happened?

Because of ~1,804 corrupt hires, ~15,403 innocent families are being destroyed today. Can SC escape this responsibility? Can two taxpayer-funded institutions (CBI & SC) openly contradict each other?

If the corrupt list can be published, why not the clean list? Or at least declare the others innocent?

If we say a head has no hair—doesn’t that prove it’s bald?

Useless judges with no merit, brains mortgaged! Could they even pass today’s competitive exams? Hypocrisy.

They couldn’t even touch the real culprits. Dark justice, shameless judges.

What proof is there that they weren’t instructed beforehand, that they weren’t sold out?

Don’t you think the entire episode was pre-planned? The Court could have said long ago—“Give us the list of innocent candidates, protect them.” Instead, it let the innocent and deserving suffer, deprived them of justice. Now, in a dramatic twist, the Supreme Court orders the list to be published.

It feels as if the Supreme Court, WBCSSC, and the West Bengal State Govt. are all playing a bizarre game—sacrificing the deserving just to cover up injustice.

But what will this list achieve if the innocent still have to reappear for exams? If we never get back the jobs we earned with merit?

Shame on the entire system.

Institutional corruption has happened, the Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court said.

Two government institutions (CBI, SC) that run on taxpayers’ money cannot trust each other!
Can two highest state institutions do this among themselves?!

On the basis of a CBI report someone’s job can be taken away, but apparently they cannot be kept in the job!

So the judges of the court, who heard the WBCSSC 2016 case, what did they do for the guilty powerful people—just oiled them up!? They only gave a hard beating to the powerless, destroying ~15,403 corruption-free families!

If this verdict did not happen under political pressure, then are the judges lunatics? Outside of this, is it possible to believe anything else?

Stupid mad judges, sitting on the chair with your brains mortgaged: you don’t even have transparency yourselves.

These idiot judges should have to take a competitive law exam—becoming judges through someone’s recommendation and then showing off?!

We demand a fresh law test for India’s judges and advocates— most are incompetent & corrupt. The benches of Debangsu Basak (Calcutta HC) and Sanjay Kumar (Supreme Court) must face it without delay.

Someone who cleared a competitive exam in 2016 can be forced to re-appear in 2025 — just on “suspicion” — even after the CBI found them innocent?
Fine. Then why don’t judges & lawyers also take exams to prove how competent and corruption-free they are?

Are they the only ones who can doubt others? We doubt them too.
After all, they’re also just “Not specifically found to be corrupt.”

The Supreme Court of India is not a public place — we’ve already seen that.
If it truly were a public place, then ~19,000 innocent people (CBI data) wouldn’t have lost their jobs without complaints, and their families wouldn’t have been destroyed.

We demand a fresh law test for India’s judges and advocates— most are incompetent & corrupt. The benches of Debangsu Basak (Calcutta HC) and Sanjay Kumar (Supreme Court) must face it without delay.

Some so-called judges treat the Supreme Court like a dog place. That’s why, when the verdict of a 2-judge bench about street dogs was challenged, the CJI himself quickly set up a 3-judge bench within 1.5 days — and even modified the ruling!

If the Supreme Court were really a public place, public interest would have come first — not that of street dogs. Doesn’t this reveal the inhuman, even bestial side of these so-called judges?

And if it were truly a public place, how would the thriving business survive? No money, no voice.

Street dogs get hearings, but the public doesn’t? That’s the level of your qualification.

Your talent begins and ends with hearings on street dogs. Public interest? Beyond your pay grade.

Fing judges — though yes, there are exceptions. And f your system.
