Again today one of item was scheduled to delivered to my address and have connect with delivery agents on call in evening around 6 pm and he said he will come around 11 pm but now I am checking the status is showing its cancelled as per your request.

I ordered a TV 2 days ago (Order ID: OD336073488134775100) and your delivery agent is purposely holding my item and not delivering it.
I’ve raised complaints multiple times, but your chat agents keep repeating the same scripted lines with zero action.

Is this how you treat customers? Do you take any action or penalty against delivery agents who intentionally delay deliveries?

If this is not resolved immediately, I’ll be filing a formal complaint against the company for the mental harassment caused due to your delivery team.

I have ordered @myvoltas AC from @flipkartsupport and received the Item on 19 th and next day the installation guy came and said the copper pipe is missing I have registered my complain with @flipkartsupport team. But I did not get any feedback yet.
