@LycamobileUSA is running a fraud website. When you try to cancel the auto pay after logging into website, it gives you a confirmation but in real the auto pay does not get cancelled. Every month money gets deducted and that’s what happened with me. 1/2

I had cancelled the auto pay option in October 2023 and my credit card got charged for the months of Nov, Dec and January. Lyca mobile is not willing to refund me the charges of the mentioned months citing the reason

As per their regulation, they give at least 30 days notice to the other country before the ordered implementation kicks in. Better India straighten this mess by 30 days.
