‼️उत्तरप्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, पंजाब और हर जगह जनरल कैटेगरी (𝗚𝗖) के लोग ध्यान दें‼️

भाजपा अपनी सरकारों के जरिये अब जनरल कैटेगरी पर सीधा हमला कर रही है।

भाजपा की सरकारें 6 राज्यों में पूरी ताकत का इस्तेमाल करके 50% आरक्षण की सीमा को किसी भी तरह तोड़ना चाहती हैं।

अगर भाजपा सरकार इनमें से एक भी केस जीत गई, तो वह हर जगह 70% से ज्यादा आरक्षण का बहाना बना लेगी।
लेकिन जनरल कैटेगरी को सभी 6 केस जीतने पड़ेंगे, तभी आरक्षण की 50% लिमिट बरकरार रहेगी और GC बच्चों और युवाओं के पास नौकरी और पढ़ाई के कुछ न्यूनतम मौके बचेंगे।

अभी सिर्फ कुछ जनरल कैटेगरी के लोग और कुछ संगठन ही कोर्ट में लड़ रहे हैं, भाजपा के बड़े-बड़े वकीलों के खिलाफ।

मुख्य केस और सुनवाई की तारीखें ये रहीं:

-महाराष्ट्र में 72% कोटा: अगली सुनवाई बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में 23 अक्टूबर 2026 को।

-उत्तरप्रदेश के 4 मेडिकल कॉलेजों में 91% कोटा: अगली सुनवाई इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच में 26 अक्टूबर 2026 को। इस केस में हाईकोर्ट ने 16 सितंबर 2026 को सिर्फ 50% कोटा लागू करने का आदेश दिया था, लेकिन यूपी सरकार ने अभी तक कोई नोटिफिकेशन नहीं निकाला। वे अब भी कोर्ट में 91% कोटा के लिए बहस कर रही हैं।

-राजस्थान में 64% कोटा: अगली सुनवाई जोधपुर हाईकोर्ट में 28 अक्टूबर 2026 को।

-छत्तीसगढ़ में 68% कोटा: अगली सुनवाई सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 4 दिसंबर 2026 को।

-मध्य प्रदेश में 73% कोटा: एमपी हाईकोर्ट ने 73% कोटा को असंवैधानिक बताया था। बीजेपी सरकार ने इसके खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में SLP दाखिल की है। केस अक्टूबर के आखिरी हफ्ते में लिस्ट होने की उम्मीद है।

-बिहार में 75% कोटा: पटना हाईकोर्ट ने 75% कोटा को असंवैधानिक बताया था। बीजेपी-जेडीयू सरकार ने इसके खिलाफ SLP दाखिल की है। अगली सुनवाई की तारीख अभी तय नहीं हुई।

अब देखिए राहुल गांधी और भाजपा में फर्क👇

- राहुल गांधी का मानना है कि आरक्षण में 50% की संवैधानिक सीमा है, इसलिए 50% से ऊपर जाने के लिए संविधान में बदलाव करना पड़ेगा।

- भाजपा का मानना है कि आज भी 50% की कोई सीमा नहीं है, इसलिए अभी भी आरक्षण 75% या उससे ज्यादा हो सकता है। यही तर्क भाजपा अपने टॉप वकीलों के जरिए हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सभी केसों में दे रही है।

अब उत्तरप्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, पंजाब और हर जगह 𝗚𝗖 से एक ही गुजारिश है-
खाली राजनीतिक भाषणों पर मत जाओ और भाजपा या किसी भी भी राजनीतिक पार्टी के बंधुआ मजदूर मत बनो!
अगर आप खुद केस नहीं लड़ सकते, तो जब भाजपा के नेता, कार्यकर्ता या मंत्री वोट मांगने आएं, तो उनसे सवाल पूछो।
अपने दोस्तों और रिश्तेदारों से कहो कि वे पार्टी के छोटे-से-छोटे पदों से भी इस्तीफा दे दें।

हमारे पास किसी पार्टी को जिताने की ताकत हो न हो, लेकिन किसी पार्टी को हराने की ताकत ज़रूर है!

This is the argument made by Chattisgarh govt in High Court & Supreme Court to breach 50% limit!!

BJP govt in Chattisgarh increased the reservation to 58% in 2012.
To justify breaching the 50% ceiling, it is arguing in courts that seats obtained by SC/ST/OBC candidates through reservation should 𝗡𝗢𝗧 count towards their representation!!

Its own data showed SC/ST/OBCs secured 66% of State PSC recruitments (2007–2012).
But the Chattisgarh govt is saying that even though SC/ST/OBCs obtain 66% of the jobs, only 16% should be considered as their as the rest 50% was through reservation!

The govt argues that seats obtained by SC/ST/OBCs through reservation should not be considered while calculating their representation!

Its logic: until SC/ST/OBCs achieve proportional representation 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, quotas can keep increasing.

According to this argument, even after reserving 90% to SC/ST/OBCs, if they do not get proportional representation in the open competition, reservation can futher be increased.

By this logic, reservation could eventually reach 100%.

मध्यप्रदेश कोर्ट के आरक्षण 73% रोकने के बाद अब स्पेशल वेकैंसी बोलकर भर्ती निकलेंगी!

बता दें कि स्पेशल वेकैंसी बैकलॉग के नाम पर भरी जाती हैं, इसलिए इनमें UR सीट 0 होने की संभावना है!

बता दें कि "बैकलॉग सीट 50% लिमिट में नहीं जुड़ेंगी"- ये अमेंडमेंट भाजपा लेकर आई थी 2000 में!

आरक्षण बढ़ाने के मामले में लोग भाजपा को उतना क्रेडिट देते नहीं जितना मिलना चाहिए!
