Sir @DrSJaishankar As per MEA website, one can apply for passport from any city in India. But RPOs are keeping out of territory applicns on hold. Its a huge inconvenience. No one picks calls at RPO . Please help. Applicn pending from 2 mnths with no update. @passportsevamea
