I am saying this again, India is no longer a country for free and fair business, nor a land of creative freedom.

You invest your hard-earned money to build something from scratch, and suddenly 2-rupee Bajrang Dal goons show up at your doorstep to shut it down, just because you try to create a neutral space or say something that doesn’t fit their politics.

The attacks on Piyush Bansal and Namita Thapar will push a whole generation of entrepreneurs to leave India. Economic growth depends on a strong ecosystem, and when people don’t feel safe to build or speak, why would anyone stay?

On one side, Hindutva goons. On the other, what does the government offer? High taxes, constant Income Tax and ED notices, harassment of the very people trying to create jobs and value.

And let’s be clear, this doesn’t happen without political patronage. BJP cannot deny that these mobs are part of the ecosystem that benefits them.

You build something, and one day 100 unemployed goons can walk in and destroy it.

Is this the environment we want for business and innovation?

-On 20 April 1997, Capt Sanjeet Bhattacharjee of 7/8 GR was taken prisoner by #Pakistan forces while he was on a routine patrol in Bhuj, Gujarat
-As per reports he was taken to an interrogation Cell based on the skirts of Hyderabad/Karachi
-The Pakistani authorities failed to acknowledge the capture of  Capt Sanjeet Bhattacharjee & even the GoI's actions are not very clear
-In 2022 GoI closed his file & declared him dead
-Officer's mother, Kamla Bhattacharjee is running from pillar to post to get justice for her son
-Mothers sacrifice their sons so that #India can sleep well at night, but this is a slumber & couldn't careless attitude

This is John Eisenman. He lost his daughter to sexual trafficking. She was sold for $1,000 in Seattle Washington. He did what a father should do and researched, investigated and found out about her abduction.

He RESCUED her HIMSELF. He found out the person who sold her into trafficking was her 19 year old boyfriend. He met up with him, abductd him, bludgeond and stabbed him to death in Nov, 2020. The authorities found him [dead AF boyfriend] in Oct 2021 in the trunk of the car he abandoned.

John Eisenman sits in jail knowing his daughter is safe and growing up after he has already lived 60 years of his life.
