SOFT/TEXT 15-year final results: tamoxifen remains reasonable for low-risk premenopausal HR+ disease; in young, HER2−, high-risk patients, OFS—and especially exemestane+OFS—provides a stronger endocrine backbone.

Plus Himalayan frontier train along Chardham road network & along the planned border road-connecting the two with link train similar to Chinese valley trains-China has 5 trains up to Tibet border with India-India has zero-great idea to start it tourist/defense-money by tourists.
The approval for the construction of a new coastal highway from Rameshwar to Paradeep in Odisha will improve connectivity across Khordha, Puri, Kendrapada and Jagatsinghpur districts while significantly reducing travel time. This modern project will strengthen logistics, support tourism and economic activity and provide safer and seamless connectivity for passengers as well as freight traffic. At the same time, coastal development will be enhanced.

My husband Abraham was diagnosed with a very rare sacral chordoma. The surgery to remove bone and surrounding tissue lasted almost seven hours and was successful. He had a rough night and is in a lot of pain but is finally home resting. Now recovery begins. We’re so grateful for the outpouring of prayers and kind messages from all of you. Our hearts are full. ❤️
Hindu girls are targetted for conversion-nikah because their predators are taught that doing so will give them a seat in jannat
If the girls don’t convert, they are killed because predators are told that doing so will still give them a seat in jannat
Hindu boys are killed over trivial spats because they are told that killing a kaafir will give them a seat in jannat
Cows are slaughtered because they are taught that kaafir worships them as mother and kaafir’s beliefs must be constantly insulted
Hindu groups are pelted with stones because they are taught that music outside their religious structures is haram and is to be punished by mob violence
Taking awareness of all this to the last mile is an act of great social service
Societies transform when they are educated about the roots of such violence and not merely its symptoms
Babasaheb Ambedkar too served this cause through his book Pakistan and Partition of India. We are committed to taking this awareness to masses
Only in India a great businessman Vedanta chief can be troubled by ED-so country makers will be destroyed first &UGC brings a bill to arrest genetically innovative brahmin 18 years BSc student in jail-who will innovate?
India will never produce an NVIDIA, and it has nothing to do with talent. R&D is the purest form of investment, and the central bank has spent decades making investment the dumbest thing you can do with a rupee.
I've been surfing the semiconductor wave for a while now, reading 10-Ks for fun. Spent last month in the Bay Area and the gap between India and the US is not a gap; it's a different universe. Conversations about agentic AI and the next decade of hardware, with my boomer relatives Waymo-ing around SF and self-driving home on Tesla FSD like it's normal. Nobody there thinks any of this is remarkable; they already live in the future.
NVIDIA spends nearly twice as much on R&D as every listed company in India combined. Silicon Motion, the world's leading maker of NAND flash controllers and around since 1995, ploughs 29.7% of revenue back into R&D. Micron runs 10.2%, NVIDIA 9.9%, on revenue bases that dwarf anything we have. India Inc? 0.85% of turnover, and half our listed companies report zero R&D at all.
The easy move is to lambast our promoters and the dhandomaxxing capitalist class, or the foreign MNCs running India as a glorified offshoring unit, or the babus who fund nothing useful. Satisfying. But Wrong. The reason no rational Indian founder pours money into frontier R&D is that there is genuinely no payoff at the end of it. Why?
1. R&D compounds, and compounding punishes laggards. At the edge of science a 1-2% gain is a moat; Intel spent 20+ years performing impossible physics every 24 months because Moore's Law was the business model, and that consistency makes them one of the goated companies of all time even after they got mogged recently. NVIDIA lives the same way today: invent at the limit or cease to exist. If you're 50% behind, no quantum of innovation closes that. You never touch the high end. You stay a mass-market producer of things that already exist. India is precisely there.
2. The supply side is the real thesis, and it's monetary. Two decades of high inflation, high money-printing, high nominal rates. That regime subsidises consumption and taxes patience. R&D is the longest-duration, highest-variance bet on the board; it is the first thing a 8% risk-free rate kills. Frontier R&D only ever gets funded two ways: a psychopathically risk-tolerant capitalist with cheap capital, or a state with Stalin-grade control. The USSR took agrarian peasants to the first man in space in 20 years; China built its own version. India has neither the state capacity, the political will, nor the balance sheet to do that. So nobody does it.
Talent was never the bottleneck. Capital structure was. If you want a SpaceX or a TSMC born here, you need an environment where a conglomerate can deploy $10B and sleep at night: a low-rate regime that makes long-duration investment rational, IP and patent courts that actually function, and policy that doesn't get rewritten every 2-3 years on a minister's whim. Stability is the input. Innovation is the output.
Bay Area versus Bombay, we are several universes apart, and you cannot print your way across that distance; you can only compound your way there, and we've spent years optimising for the opposite. The gap won't be bridged. With luck, it narrows.
Oral AML therapy just got real.
ASCERTAIN-V in NEJM tested all-oral decitabine-cedazuridine + venetoclax in newly diagnosed AML unfit for intensive chemo.
🩸 Phase 1-2, single-arm
👥 Phase 2b: n=101
🎯 CR: 47%
🎯 CR/CRi: 63%
⏱️ Median OS: 15.5 mo
✅ No PK drug-drug interaction
But this is not “easy venetoclax.”
Grade ≥3 AEs remained myelosuppression-heavy:
anemia 30%, neutropenia 26%, febrile neutropenia 25%.
The real message:
Convenience is oral.
The toxicity is still AML.
Early marrow assessment, venetoclax shortening, antifungal dose adjustment, G-CSF, and close monitoring are the treatment.
All-oral does not mean low-touch.

BCMA bispecific moves earlier in myeloma.
MajesTEC-9 | NEJM 2026
Teclistamab monotherapy vs PVd/Kd in RRMM after 1-3 prior lines, all exposed to anti-CD38 + lenalidomide.
🧬 18-mo PFS
69.8% vs 26.9%
HR 0.29
🫀 18-mo OS
79.2% vs 68.6%
HR 0.60
🎯 CR or better
65.9% vs 16.8%
But the price is real:
Grade 3/4 infections 41.6%
CRS 66%, mostly grade 1-2
ICANS 4.1%
Takeaway:
Teclistamab is no longer just a late-line rescue story.
Early BCMA targeting is becoming a serious relapse strategy - but infection prevention is not optional.

Recently a patient reported on MRI as polyp in rectum and rectosigmoid junction, why so much confusion on MRI,is Transrectal ultrasound better-which even I can do in 10 minutes?
This MRI can pass off as that for rectal cancer; but this was squamous cell anal cancer; remember we only apply rectal MRI template when we see pathologic report showing adenocarcinoma; for squamous cell template is different and so is therapy
Use word terrorist IRGC leadership has not agreed to the deal-now focus on IRGC sites, they want Death of all so Israel better send them with help of UAE,USA and India-so big 26 ammunition production facilities created by British-upgrade them with your innovative arm technology
Breaking 🚨 :
Iran's senior leadership has not agreed to the deal with the US.
This has led to a significant increase in tensions between the two sides. President Trump has warned Iran that if the deal is not signed within 24 hours, it should be prepared to face the consequences.
Main thing is reservation on basis of 5000 years atrocity by higher caste and apex research body USG want to file criminal cases on upper caste during their entry at college-wants to put them in jail-Darkness all around-things will move to worse?
I have no hate for India, but the truth is hard to ignore.
Anthropic was founded in 2021, and today raises $65B at a $965B massive valuation.
At the same time, India has IT giants founded in 19XX and today stuck below a $90B valuation.
Indian companies earn thousands of crores every year, but spend barely 1% on research. American companies spend 10% to 25% to build new technology. That is why India is far behind in AI.
They build products. We use products.
They create technology. We download apps.
They build AI. We wait for access.
They design chips. We buy them.
India is slowly becoming a digital slave, fully dependent on technology made by other countries.
Making ice cream from A2 milk is not an innovation. It is a business made for profit.
Real innovation is building things the world depends on. AI. Chips. Operating systems. Robotics. Deep tech.
That is what changes countries.
Right now others are building the future. India is watching, consuming, and falling further behind.
Please do not use word Iran instead America versus IRGC-terrorist plus encourage internal dissent together with joint strike with Irael,UAE and India & finish IRGC
