The yen is rising as Bessent warns traders not to bet against him...
Well, it seems they don't care.
The latest intervention has already been fully reversed.
And with Bessent having already burned through US foreign-currency holdings in previous interventions, they only got one option...
If they want to stop the yen from collapsing without forcing Japan to dump USTs, the Fed would ultimately have to print dollars to buy yen.
Sacrifice the dollar to protect the Treasury market.
We don't own enough gold for what's coming.
🇨🇳Giant WZ-X Stealth Drone in Latest Test Flight
New flight photos and satellite images from early September 2026 show China’s unofficially named WZ-X airborne at the Malan test base in Xinjiang. First spotted on the ground in May 2025, the twin-engine flying wing is now in active testing.
Analysts put the wingspan near 52 meters; about the span of a B-2, with a short 14-meter body, a stepped inner-to-outer wing, and a shallow serrated trailing edge built for high-altitude endurance. Range and ceiling figures circulating online (around 19,000 km and 18–20 km) are estimates only.
A large stealth unmanned platform moving from hangar shots to flight test. That is the news.
China knows its priority building real defense for the people! Not war!

Of the 122 Chinese companies on the 2026 Fortune Global 500, 79 are classified as state-owned enterprises.
More than half are operated by the state. This is the secret to China's economic success.
‼️Europe's bond market is under the most PRESSURE from the global energy shock:
French 10-year yields have risen ~32 basis points over the past month, the most among major economies.
This is followed by Italy at ~30 basis points, the UK and Germany at ~25 basis points, more than DOUBLE the ~14 basis point rise in US Treasury yields over the same period.
As a result, investors are now demanding the most compensation to hold Germany's 30-year debt since 2011.
This comes as natural gas prices have surged more than +120% since the start of the Iran war, reaching a 3-year high, fueling concerns that the ECB will need to keep raising rates.
Markets are now pricing in 3 more 25-basis-point ECB hikes over the next year, compared with just 2 for the Fed, reflecting Europe’s greater exposure to energy-driven inflation.
Europe’s bond market is being seriously squeezed.
Xi: China advocates for multipolar world
China's President Xi Jinping stressed that all countries — regardless of size, strength, or wealth — should have equal rights, equal opportunities, and equal rules. He also called for greater representation and voice for Global South countries in international affairs.
A new structural buyer has emerged in the gold market.
Since 2024:
- Tether: 73.6t
- China: 49t
Tether has purchased more gold than China officially and now holds more gold than Australia, the world's third-largest gold producer.
We've never had a gold bull market with a structural bid like this.
"China quietly saved the world last month."
In a recent video, U.S. YouTuber Max Fisher argues that #China may have helped avert a global oil crisis by cutting its crude imports. China's transition to clean energy has helped reduce its dependence on oil and build a more resilient energy system.

Western NGOs didn’t just block Nepal’s dams. They built the political class that still can’t protect the country—and the last “revolution” was their handiwork.
Today’s flash flood catastrophe on the Nepal-China border—dozens dead, hundreds missing, villages and infrastructure erased—exposes the same pattern.
For decades Western NGOs and their funders (USAID, NED and the usual network of “civil society” outfits) systematically blocked major barrages and storage projects. Environmental purity tests and “indigenous rights” campaigns killed Arun III, stalled West Seti and others. Nepal was left with run-of-river schemes that generate power when the weather cooperates but offer almost no flood regulation when an upstream avalanche or glacial surge hits. Sovereignty over infrastructure was surrendered to foreign vetoes.
See the record:
• International Rivers and allied groups helped force the World Bank withdrawal from Arun III and later targeted West Seti: https://t.co/cV1t799H12
• Civil society coalitions including International Rivers urged the World Bank to abandon Upper Arun and other mega-dams: https://t.co/Q2Jebd8HiJ
• US lobbying, driven by NGO pressure and legislation, instructed international lenders to avoid large reservoir projects in Nepal: https://t.co/ffjWqO4bu8
That same foreign NGO ecosystem runs the political system. USAID and related Western money poured hundreds of millions into “governance,” “civil society,” media, youth empowerment and “democracy promotion.” Local NGOs became parallel power structures, more responsive to Washington and European donors than to Nepali voters. Ministers, activists, media figures and “independent” experts rotate through these funded networks. The result is a political class trained in the language of Western grants rather than in building real national capacity.
Foreign NGOs effectively set the limits of what Nepal is allowed to do.
Look at the last so-called revolution. The September 2025 “Gen Z” uprising that toppled KP Sharma Oli was sold as a spontaneous youth revolt against corruption and a social media ban. In reality it followed the classic color-revolution script: digital coordination through Discord channels linked to NGOs like Hami Nepal, rapid escalation, selective violence, and an interim government staffed with figures drawn from USAID- and NED-linked organizations.
An online “vote” produced Sushila Karki as interim prime minister.
Half the early interim cabinet had direct ties to Western-funded fronts. The process cleared the old parties and installed a new configuration more amenable to the same external networks. Elections in March 2026 then delivered Balen Shah and the Rastriya Swatantra Party—another product of the post-uprising landscape shaped by those same influences.
This is not organic national renewal.
It is managed regime change that keeps Nepal dependent, unable to pursue large-scale infrastructure without Western approval, and geopolitically pliable between India and China.
The empire’s NGOs first prevented the dams that could have mitigated today’s disaster. Then they engineered the political upheaval that installed leadership still operating inside the same donor-dependent framework.
Nepal’s rivers remain unmanaged for extreme events because the people who decide policy were selected and funded by the same external actors who oppose real sovereign development.
Sovereignty is not a slogan for Discord polls or grant applications.
It means the right to build the infrastructure that keeps your people alive—and the right to reject foreign NGOs that treat your country as a laboratory for their ideology and strategic games. Until Nepal breaks that dependency, catastrophes like the one unfolding today will keep repeating.

Singapore did not wake up one morning and lose its Chinese cultural continuity. It spent decades teaching ethnic Chinese that Chineseness was merely ancestry.
From closing Nanyang University and dismantling the Chinese-medium school system to relegating Mandarin from a language of education, knowledge and public life to a subordinate “mother tongue” subject, Singapore made English the primary gatekeeper of upward mobility, elite status, modernity and national belonging.
Only now is Singapore discovering that an identity reduced to a surname and a census category does not reproduce itself.
Today, only about a third of Chinese households still use Mandarin at home, and its prime minister is suddenly warning that Singapore must preserve its “Asian identity.”
You cannot spend generations cutting the civilizational cord and then act surprised when the language stops being inherited.
No matter how flawless your English or how thoroughly Westernized your worldview, in the eyes of mainstream white society in Europe and America, an East Asian face does not magically become “one of us.”
This deliberate betrayal and severing of its own civilizational roots deprived Singapore’s Chinese population of the profound confidence rooted in five thousand years of civilization, leaving them as “rootless trees” adrift in the Strait of Malacca.
Now, confronted with China’s rise, the arrival of the Asian century, and its own accelerating cultural hollowing-out, Singapore’s leadership is frantically calling for the preservation of Asian identity” and mother-tongue proficiency.
When you drain the soul from a civilization and leave behind only an English-speaking post-colonial shell with a Chinese surname, appeals to “Asian identity” decades later are not cultural revival.
They are a band-aid placed over an amputation.
🚨 INDIA'S FOOD INFLATION IS ABOUT TO GET WORSE.
India's weather bureau says this is the weakest monsoon since 2009.
Rainfall is running below 90% of the long period average and September is expected to be even drier.
Scientists expect this El Niño to be one of the strongest ever recorded.
The probability of strong El Niño conditions continuing through December is above 95%. Historically, deep El Niño years have pushed Indian rainfall well below 80% of normal.
Nearly 50% of India's farmland is rainfed.
The area sown under crops is already 22% below last year. Rice, pulses and oilseeds are taking the biggest hit.
Food inflation surged to 18.8% during the last comparable monsoon failure in 2009.
And India's CPI is already above the Reserve Bank's 4% target.
This is happening as the US-Iran war has disrupted global fertilizer supply, adding another cost pressure on farmers already getting less rain.
🇷🇺🇺🇸🇨🇳 Putin-Trump meeting in China 'inevitable' if both attend APEC summit - Kremlin aide
