Hard to be surprised when I'm clearly dealing with customer support based outside of Canada who promise follow-ups that never happen.
DHL and FedEx ishave customer support teams based in Canada - do better UPS.
It's been two weeks since I paid for 2-day shipping and after speaking with 6 different reps not one can be bothered to actually try and find my package, just deflection and excuses.

She spoke to my class as a journalist and I was left with the utmost respect for both her empathy and professionalism. She definitely has the class and humility to acknowledge a mistake.

@HMRCcustomers Thanks Martin but this link indicates that I need to provide a National Insurance #, Unique Taxpayer Reference or VAT, and being outside of the UK means I have none of those. Perhaps this is why your staff thought they could steal from my parcel without fear of repercussion?
