Hey @CostaCoffee please teach your staff the important of making sure the cream they’re putting on drinks is dairy-free if it’s specified that it needs to be.

Partner is allergic and got normal cream today after clarifying twice that it was DF and being told yes twice.

Thankfully it looked wrong - off white instead of the pure white of the dairy free one - and we caught it before they ingested any. This could have sent them to hospital.
