So this makes… 5? 6? straight @Delta flights with crazy delays, diversions, or cancellations. Extremely frustrating by what is supposed to be a top notch airline

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

@Delta @LGAairport flight from GSP to LGA (DL5004) got diverted to Richmond without much of an explanation. Onboard we’re told that LaGuardia shut down but the FAA page says nothing about this. Explanation please???

@Shutterfly Thank you! Yep, will DM you now

Ordered our wedding guest book from @Shutterfly. Just got to town and opened it up to see several defects on it and the rush shipping option that customer service gave us for a re-order won’t arrive until August 18, 3 days after the wedding…
@Shutterfly please help!!!

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

@iAnonPatriot Yet I am told it is impossible to do my software job effectively unless I’m in an office 5 days a week? That’s… interesting

@united Update: @united responded once and then went silent

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

@united holding everyone at EWR for 10 hours with no update on UA 3604 to GSP. Customer service tells me to talk to the staff at the airport, the gate agent and pilot say that they don’t have any information and we need to contact customer service.

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

@united DM’d you

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

@united Flight was supposed to depart at 8:30am. Stuck on the tarmac until 11:30am at which point they brought us back to a gate and we all deplaned. Been sitting around waiting with no updates since then. Pilots just keep saying “this is above our pay grade”

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

Can’t even cancel for a refund so we’re all just stuck. No one wants to spend their entire Saturday at an airport, thanks @united for wasting our time

[Sagar Singichetti @singsag4]

@Avis I returned my car over 12 hours ago and I still haven’t gotten my drop-off confirmation. I’ve tried calling customer service but I can’t get a hold of a live customer service representative. I better not get charged a penalty here….
