The point is not that Nifty 50 is giving negative returns.

The point is that people in power DO NOT care about YOUR negative returns.

Basically your capital is caged. You can at most do a FD or give money to SIP guys (who then decide where to allocate that capital)

- Even if you wish to save in USD, you can't legally
- Want to buy property abroad? You can't, easily.
- Want to do leverage options? You can't (but interestingly the Bank can do FCNR on leverage).

We should our disappointment to CAS like stupid rules, no one gives a shit. Die traders die. Who cares.
