The #IndependenceDay celebrations at #IIMA began with the flag-hoisting ceremony led by Prof. @BhaskerBharat, Director, IIMA, followed by his address to the gathering. The occasion was further enriched by cultural performances by members of the IIMA community.

There is no leadership without clarity. If you lack clarity, work harder, learn deeper. If you have clarity but won't lead, you lack courage. Cowards with clarity are the unhappiest leaders. Leaders without clarity have the unhappiest followers.
I am not a Zepto investor.
But I still hate seeing the Tall Poppy syndrome play out on Indian Twitter and media. The joy some people seem to find in seeing someone else - especially young founders - have a setback.
Many of these critics have never built anything of value or attempted a tough problem.
One of the reasons Silicon Valley works is simply the abundance mindset, and people (and the media) not spending too much time and energy bringing other people down vs. focusing on solving their own problems.
I wouldn’t want to bet against the audacity of young Indian founders like @aadit_palicha. They’re stronger than you think.
There’s an insane amount of alpha in:
- People in SF leaving SF to see how people and companies around the world are using AI (hint: most are still using it primarily as search)
- People outside SF spending even two weeks in SF to see how people and companies are operating here (hint: many are already living in the future)
This may be obvious to some, but the gap right now is staggering. The global diffusion of AI is a massive opportunity.
Today, I am excited to share that @joinBunkerhill has raised $55 million from @vkhosla at @khoslaventures, @Alfred_Lin from @sequoia, @ycombinator, and other amazing investors. Over the past year, we have partnered with more than a dozen health systems and grown revenue 20x. Today, I’m also excited to formally share what we’ve been building.
Our mission is to make it radically easy for health systems to turn their ideas into reality through AI agents—improving patient outcomes, bending the cost curve, and making healthcare operations dramatically more efficient.
@utmbhealth is running 20+ AI agents - live - across the enterprise on Bunkerhill. One of those agents - in its first month - flagged a patient at imminent risk of heart attack, leading to a life-saving open heart surgery. Another one, a nephrology triage agent, cut wait times for appointments by >50%. Yet another one, a lung nodule agent, addressed urgent cases 80% faster and doubled guideline-concordant follow-ups. That is what Dr. Peter McCaffrey calls Bunkerhill: “a shared brain” for the health system.
That’s the promise of AI finally being realized in healthcare.
Making it possible requires two things: (1) a shared layer of intelligence for the entire health system, and (2) an operating model to enable rapid development of AI agents for the problems they understand best.
Together, these dramatically reduce the cost and time required to turn an idea into a working solution. As that cost approaches zero, the limiting factor is no longer technology. It is imagination—and the conviction to act.
The health systems we work with have both. Our job is to make sure nothing else stands in their way.
we did this launch with our own influencer agent and we got over 1.8m views
we spent <$2k on this campaign. x influencer agencies charge $50k-$100k for a single launch
comment "okara" if you want a guide on how we pulled it off
nobody in india is talking about physical gtm. and it's the cheapest unfair advantage on the table right now.
sf figured this out years ago. doormats with the prospect's name. the $20 wine drop. cold caking. sendoso is a $700M+ company built entirely on this insight.
india founders are still sending tote bags and stickers.
at nexla, i came up with the idea of sending cupcakes branded with our new product going out to prospects on launch week.
and let me tell you, it works.
the math is sitting right there. india corporate gifting is a ₹14,000 cr market growing to ~₹28,000 cr by 2030. cold email open rates are at all-time lows. ad CPMs keep climbing. and the one channel where you can guarantee your brand lands in front of a decision-maker - physically, with intent is the one nobody is investing in.
and i want to talk about this. so i have two questions for you to answer -
1/ what's the sharpest physical gtm play you've seen or run? not tote bags. the weird stuff that actually moved a deal.
2/ i'm building something in this space, done with taste in india. founders, gtm leads, investors - would you use it? what's broken about how you do this today?
asking because i'm testing this in the next few weeks. roast it if you have to.
