I'll be taking a trip down memory lane to give a guest lecture on the History and Philosophy of Evidence-Based Healthcare course at the @UniofOxford @CebmOxford. A study with 377 pharmacy professionals found 80% know placebo effects well, but link them more to med type than to actual efficacy evidence.

Gala Dinner at the 5th International Conference of @SIPSplacebo took place at the spectacular Polish Aviation Museum ✈️✨

We kicked off the evening with a stunning tango performance by Ania and Marcin Sieprawscy — two of Kraków’s finest tangueros and the heart and soul of Bravo Tango school. Then they led a tango lesson, which most of the Gala Dinner guests bravely joined — and had a fantastic time doing so! 💃🕺

Huge thanks to our amazing instructors and all the wonderful participants!

The night continued with great food, inspiring conversations, and lots of dancing.

A magical night to remember — just before the final day of the conference!
