@thameswater Should also add that last year i also had a refund & I queried & complained at the time of the increase then of £11 per mth to £16 ...
So no surprise I was due a refund again this year .. But come on?!!

I was paying £16 pm for my @thameswater bill. I had a refund as I was massively in credit. Fab!!
My new DDR with them is now ... £19 pm ??!
They won't help me or reduce it until I make at least 11 payments. Why?!
