My Scorpio N broke down just 100m after starting from my office today — heavy smoke and burning smell. Roadside Assistance towed it to VVC Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. Car No: HR 51 CL 0734 | Total Run: 24.6k km. Very disappointing experience.

@18002096006 Who will bear cost of clutch plate when everyone knows 2023 Scorpio n lot had multiple issues and out of them one known issue was clutch burnt suddenly.

Service station now says the clutch plate must be replaced at my cost, even though this issue is common in the 2023 lot.
Requesting your intervention - this should be covered under warranty.

@anandmahindra Sir it was a manufacturing defect in my scorpion carno P6G95136 since delry n steering assembly was changed but that cudnt fix the issue and they said that whenever new updated part will come they will change but now no response . Please look into the matter .

@anandmahindra Dear Sir, I had purchased the car P6G95136 car on 31st August 2023 and it has steering fault since delivery and today just after 2 days service center ordered a new part to change . Please check how new car needs to change in 2 days .
