1) What product and content decision-making process did Valko go through?
2) Why could a major decision be reversed within eight days, while global players’ concerns have gone unanswered for over a month?
3) Who is responsible for the consumer expectations created by the official announcement?
4) How will Infold respond to online abuse and targeted harassment connected to this issue?
5) Does the long-term support of global players carry an equal right to communication?
6) How will Infold rebuild consumer trust in its global operations?

This isn’t about attacking any love interest or any group of players. It’s about transparency, accountability, equal communication, and rebuilding trust with a global community that has supported this game financially for years.

I don’t believe Love and Deepspace deserves to hold the title of “Best Mobile Game 2025” anymore.

Not because of its artists.
Not because of its writers.
Not because of its musicians, programmers, or voice actors.

Their work remains extraordinary.

But a “best” game is more than beautiful graphics and compelling stories. It’s also about how a company treats its players, communicates during difficult moments, and responds when trust has been broken.

After a month of respectful feedback, unanswered concerns, and a spending boycott, I no longer feel that the company’s actions reflect the standard that such an award should represent.

I hope one day they earn that title back by restoring trust, communicating openly, and giving Valko the opportunity to tell the story that so many players were waiting for.

Until then, my wallet remains closed.

I'm grieving the entire Love and Deepspace that I fell in love with from day one. The universe I trusted. The creative vision I believed in. The production team I put my faith in.

When people say they're fine with only 5 LIs, I don't think they realize what the game itself has lost in the long run. This isn't simply about deleting one character. It's about abandoning the creative courage that built this universe in the first place.

For the past 2.5 years, I watched the developers and production team challenge conventions and create something truly special. They dreamed bigger than most people ever realized, and I honored that dream. I always honored them with my highest regards in terms of creation.

That's why this hurts so much.

Again. Ao Yin's disappearance isn't just the cancellation of one character.

To me, it's the loss of a creative vision that I had faith in all along. I lost the whole game that I loved.

At least have some empathy.
